SUMMER 2010

Greek Schedule (Students should take the Greek classes in sequence)
Greek I with R. Elliott Greene | June 1 - 25 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm | 4 semester hours
Greek II with William Burns | June 28 – July 22 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-12:00pm | 3 semester hours
Greek III with William Burns | August 2 - 26 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am-12:00pm | 3 semester hours

Practical Theology electives:

PT610 Ministry in the PCA with Dr. D. Clair Davis - 1 semester hour course
This course will provide preparation for licensure in the PCA, with focus on Bible, theology and church government examinations. Theological orientation related to the ‘good-faith’ creedal subscription of the PCA, and also to the preaching trajectory needed by the church today, will be taken up individually.
Schedule: June 1 - July 6 Tuesdays, 4 – 6 pm

PT620 Prayer in Holy Scripture and Church Tradition with Dr. Stephen Yuille – 2 semester hour course
This course is an introductory study of the vitally important subject of prayer. It focuses on what the Bible teaches concerning the nature and practice of prayer, while gleaning insights from church history, mainly the English Puritans – a movement primarily concerned with experimental subjects such as prayer. Its main objective is to deepen the student’s commitment to and practice of a life of prayer, both personal and corporate.
Schedule: 6-9 pm on June 3, 10, 17, 24 and July 1, 22, 27, 29 (seven Thursdays & one Tuesday evening)

Tuition rate is $400 per semester hour.
