Dr. Gropp has been married to his wife Robin for more than 30 years and they have 3 children – Hans, Erica, and Ingrid. When Dr. Gropp has free time he enjoys playing his guitars; a Martin D18, Les Paul Studio and his favorite guitar is a custom made acoustic electric that was made for him by a luthier in Maryland. When time permits he enjoys spending time reading the same book as his wife Robin and watching movies together.
