What’s in Dallas?
Redeemer-Dallas is the main campus for Redeemer Seminary. We are located in the heart of Dallas five minutes north of downtown across from the SMU campus. Dallas is the ninth largest city in the United States and the DFW metroplex is the fourth largest metroplex in the nation. Dallas is also known for its large industry and corporate presence throughout the metroplex.
Dallas is also a great city if you like to eat food. Dallas is a foodie culture and you can find a great restaurant just about anywhere, especially if you like BBQ brisket and ribs, great Tex-Mex, or a great burger.
Dallas is also home to many professional sports teams: the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, and FC Dallas Soccer Club. Needless to say, there is a sporting event you can attend at any point throughout the year. Dallas is also home to the Texas State Fair, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Aquarium and Zoo, Museum of Nature and Science, White Rock Lake, and the Dallas Arboretum to name a few.
Dallas is also home to great cultural centers in the Bishop Arts District, Lower Greenville, Uptown, and Knox-Henderson. Being a fit city there are players throughout Dallas to exercise and get out for a jog on the Katy Trail, White Rock Lake, or The Village lakes.
Redeemer-Dallas is located in the heart of the city which places you a very short drive from finding something to do. Dallas is a great city that serves as a wonderful home for the seminary and for our students.
