All Redeemer Seminary students, staff, faculty, board, friends and their families are cordially invited and encouraged to attend our first Redeemer Seminary Community Conference at the Sheraton Austin, Friday evening and Saturday, September 17-18. This conference will provide personal and family enrichment, fellowship, food, and fun activities for all ages.

COST: $60 per adult includes one night hotel room (double occupancy), Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, and parking. Children are free when staying with their parents. If you do not need a hotel room, the cost is $30 per adult and includes dinner, breakfast, and parking. We encourage every member of the Redeemer Seminary community to attend this conference and we do not want the already subsidized cost to prevent you from attending. Please let us know if the cost would prevent you from participating so that we may provide further assistance. If you would like to continue your stay to enjoy a Saturday night in Austin and Sunday worship in an area church, you may stay a second night at the Sheraton at a rate of $119 plus taxes.

SCHEDULE FOR SEPTEMBER 17-18

Friday

6:00pm Texas style BBQ on the Red River Creekside Patio of the Sheraton

7:30-9:00pm Programs for adults and children

• Adult program speakers: Rev. Joshua & Mrs. Shannon Geiger
• A children's program and childcare will be provided on the patio and in an adjacent meeting room, so you will be very near to your children while in the adult program.

9:00-11:00pm Child care will be provided for ages 3-up so parents can enjoy Austin. Bring a pillow and blanket or sleeping bag for an evening of theatrical entertainment.

Saturday

7:30-9:30am Breakfast buffet in the Sheraton's Terrace Room.

9:30am - 11:30am

• Children's activity: Swimming pool

12:00pm Check out of hotel.

Lunch on your own

2:00-4:00pm Kayaking, canoeing, and paddle races at the Texas Rowing Center on Lady Bird Lake in Downtown Austin. An oasis of natural beauty in urban Austin, Lady Bird Lake features clear clean water populated by fish, turtles, birds, and other wildlife.

4:00pm End of program.
